Now I can't get this program to even split avi files. It sames a file but then it gives me an error message everytime I try to open the saved file back up. I never could get it to extract audio. I would never buy this.

This program makes good screen shots - that part is easy. I cannot get it to rip audio though no matter what I try which is pretty annoying. No help menu on the software. Went to the website and couldn't find help there either. Forum wouldn't work. Because of this, I would be worried about buying anything from this company. Software doesn't do what it says it will do. No help to figure it out either.

No, Paulo, you're not the only one. I can't load the one I want to remove the audio from. It was a WMV file, but since AVI Toolbox will only open AVI files, I converted it. No good.

Does anyone know of a good, free, audio remover? I have Nero7 Premier, Adobe Premier 6.0, Windows Movie Maker, Pictures on TV, but none of them will remove the audio from a movie file. Bummer.

hmm I guess I am the only one with this problem. I can't even load some avi's. I am afraid this one needs work, but it looks very promising!

I have tried to extract the audio form an avi file which plays fine, but the mp3 file that I get is empty.I tried several avi files and they all open fine, but audio cannot be extracted. Anybody has got this feature working?

Not sure what is going on with "AVI Toolbox " , but what I installed has no interface at all Looking at the screenshot it has Icons "Beginning ,End , Save ,Extract Audio , and Extract Picture." Actually that whole panel is missing on the version I have (?)
Basically it's a .avi viewer , have to slide the scroll thing at bottom of app. to make anything happen. Save to CD prompts to download some other sofytware . will download and install again , if you have any ideas please post , as I'd like a proggy like this . Does it run under a particular screen resolution ? Anybody experienced similar trouble ?
