			<description>&#60;p&#62;Here's a twist for you- I have a captured chunk of DivX 5.03B1 (dx50 vid, audio split across interleaves in mpeg-1, standard DivX home theater 'medium' quality preset) that the capturing program (WinDVD Creator 2) didn't write the header at the end of the AVI before stumbling and eating itself.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The capture went fine, so the *data* is there...&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Any suggestions (including the use of a hex editor) on how I can create a header allowing me to clip out the part the wife wants? &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;(the last 3/4 of the superbowl, she's overjoyed the pats lost and wants to gloat forever.)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;finding another copy of the final few minutes and the post-game happies would be plenty- from what I gather I can re-capture all but the half-time [not desired] and the post-game celebration [desired] on wednesday.
