			<description><p>Oh then your computer is blocking the registration over the Internet (like your firewall, Internet security software, etc). Another thing could be is security software that blocks registry changes too.</p>
<p>Also it might be registered already, but NLauncher won't know it until you close it and reopen it. Just right click on the NLauncher menu and click close. Then reopen the program and see if that works.

			<description><p>i did it again and this time it doesnt say the register.. thank you. I do have 1 other problem that seems to be annoying. anyway to get the right side toolbar not to pop out when i go to use a schroll bar? other than turning that side off.

			<description><p>No NLauncher is *free* if you run the Activate.exe. But close down NLauncher first. If you forget, close it down after and reopen.</p>

If I want to add true launch bar by right clicking on the taskbar and then clicking on toolbars and finally clicking the program,, the last step doesn't work because when I click toolbars, I'm not able to click on the programs because they are grey and unclickable. Can somebody please help me? I'm running Windows XP Home. Thanks
