Nelson, I think I've only seen one other commenter say that http://www.wikifortio.com didn't run. It has always worked for me, and I've got enough hosts traps and firewall shields running to stop a charging rogue elephant. It always helps if you tell us the specs for your computer - OS, browser, firewalls.
Clear your firewall log, THEN click the Download and see if the log shows this activity in this order.
When you click - http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/daymate/
You should see this (I think)
Outgoing	TCP	http://www.giveawayoftheday.com [208.109.86.65]
When you click - http://www.wikifortio.com/792117/DayMate.zip
You should (I think) see this
Outgoing	TCP	w4.wikifortio.com [88.85.69.76]

During the period 15 to 26 January 2008, I have been unable to effect downloads. When I arrive at the main page I click on download and 90% of the time the wikifoto? (download page) and nothing happens. For the 10% of the time when I get to the page and click on download - again nothing happens.

I am writing to discover if others are having the same experience.
