It can also help to close down any other running programs when you setup a new program. This can prevent the need to reboot after failing to update or replace existing files - because they are already open & in use by running programs.

It works fine for me on vista.
Did you run the setup first and than the activation.

Activates OK. I Run Setup and click on 'Next'. Frigate3 setup window disappears and nothing happens. Help! (Vista Ultimate 32-bit)
