Well for your sake, I hope they do (not my call, unfortunately - I'm just a regular user like everyone else around here).

I believe there were a number of "issues" with this game. When running it will naturally take a long time because it needs to extract the game from the setup program to run. But you would need a lot of free space on your C: drive to get this working. At about 250MB each copy, many people would have the zip file, its contents, another copy while the setup is running, and the installed version which was forced to the C: drive - so for many "unsuspecting users" without about 1GB of free space on C: the install is going to have a hard time completing.

Unfortunately at this stage, as the giveaway is over - there isn't much we can do other than hope the problems with this game can be fixed and re-offered in a more flexible manner.

I tried downloading both I Love Kittens and I Love Puppies and got the exact same error on both. I downloaded them, unzipped them, and then when I went to setup/activation it also stayed at the connecting to Game Giveaway of the day screen for the longest time. I waited and gthen got the error that it could not connect to Game Give Away of the Day at this time. I don't think it is my firewall as I download from you daily and have never had this problem with any other game offered...just these two. Is there any way I can still activate them even though the day they were given way on is over? Also, any tips on what the problem was so I can have a heads up if it ever happens again on a game I download from your site? Thanks so much.

I downloaded "I love Puppies" yesterday two times and both times it downloaded onto my computer fine but when I went to activate it, it stayed at the "connecting to Game Giveaway of the day" screen for the longest time and when I went to close it, it messed my computer up and was very difficult to close the program. I don't think it was my firewall because I download from this site all the time and have never had any problems. I still have it on my computer, is there any way to still try to activate it?? thanks
