I also made contact with the support people from SunlitGreen, followed ther instructions, downloaded the new version from the SunlitGreen (version 1.1.0 build 981) and still get the message that the program is unregistered. I had been entering my eMail ID in the corresponding column instead of 'n/a', and that caused the registration problems. After replacing my ID with 'n/a', it registered correctly!!! I completed the registration by using the information provided and my eMail ID. Got a response that registration will be completed at the next run of the program. On closing and restarting the application, I again get the message that the program is unregistered !!!! I even tried restarting the PC, as well as the registration process over a dozen times to no avail!!! I am not sure what is going wrong!!!
