I switch from iso-8859-1 to utf8, the problem is solve, thanks a lot!

This happens because your page has different encoding than utf8. The ticker is utf8-encoded according to modern web design concepts.

The description contains phrases like "séparateur de l’œil est fixé « organiquement » à 1/60°". I have no accent problems except for HTML Ticker, do you have an idea?
