All I can get out of the activate key is "fatal error:invalid key". Redownloaded and retried several times. Using XP-Pro ...

The activate.exe will silently register the program. It doesn't give you anything to write down or type in. It just applies those settings to register the program.

I'm not sure about the expiry (Just installed mine and it is 100%) - I might redownload and see if it has changed from what I downloaded earlier.

yo Bubby just downlaoded it and the activate.exe doesnt give any activation code
and says
GOTD activatin code expired?

You will need to run activate.exe which is also inside the downloaded zip file.
