Niloy, start with upgrading your display drivers.
First, go to http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html

Pick your OS - Probably 32bit XP or Vista (you didn't say which) - then "Integrated/Motherboard" - then "Radeon Xpress 200M" - that will take you to the driver download page.

You may also need to download OpenGl which is freely available. Just google it and you'll get plenty of hits.

http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Utilities/Required_Files/OpenGL_Download.html

make sure your pop up blocker is enables. You can get drivers specific to whatever graphics card or on board chip (to find out what you have use the method Bubby has mentioned above)

http://www.driver-downloads.com/open-gl-driver.htm

If the second link is confusing, just post back as there are loads of guys who are pretty knowlegeable on this.

I had the same problem with a game recently, so just downloaded what appeared to be the latest software and it fixed the problem.

As always before installing this type of software create a restore point just in case something untowards happens. (perish the thought)

What video card is installed in your PC? (If you have no idea how to tell - Click on Start -> Run then type 'DXDIAG' (without the quotes) and press enter.

This will run the "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" - after it loads - you can click on the "Display" tab - then look for the "Device" box. The "Name" and "Chip Type" should tell you what Video card/chip is installed in your PC.

The Two main manufacturers of 3D Video cards are ATI and nVidia. There are other types though.
