Yes, the batch file work around worked for me, when I ran the batch file as Administrator.

Thanks for that but unless i set it up right it didn't work as it came back with the error. i type in that command to a notepad and saved as all files and named it test.bat

I don't use Vista so I couldn't test it, but this page seems to have the answer you need.
