It allows you to convert videos to various formats as you rip them from supported sites. (The list is at 200+ sites and growing.) It's one of the best giveaways I've seen here. Very easy to use. You can download a trial version from the Nuclear Coffee site or buy the thing for a measly 20 bucks.
