Adobe's products are pretty much not an option. The problem is they'd receive GotD's invitations and laugh it off with a quick delete.

Evrsoft should vanish. I used to use 1st Page, but it has various issues that the developer(s?) doesn't even want to look at, so I don't use it anymore. What's the point of using closed-source software that's maintained by a single individual when it's not that great?
Besides, I thought it was free...? Hmm... I don't know what the difference between the paid and free versions are. Either way, seems the admin isn't around enough to speak to his own mods, nevermind customers, so I doubt he'd respond to GotD.

And Windows Vista Ultimate edition too, please ;-)

Seriously, you are more likely to find the "never heard of 'em" things here, with perhaps the occasional undiscovered gem.

Maybe 1st page 2006 - http://www.evrsoft.com - would be worth trying to get GOTD'd, since they lost a lot of their following in the "neversoft" era when a replacement for the rather dated 1stpage 2000 was eternal vapourware.

Actually, for something like dreamweaver, maybe an "olderware" offer would be possible (a version or two back, giving them the opportunity for upselling to the latest).

GOTD can only give away what developers will agree to give away. And established developers with well-known software that sells have little to gain by giving it away.
You're right - it WOULD be well-received. It just isn't gonna happen.

Okay, Iv'e heard from a lot of people, like my friends, and people on my site, who visit Give Away Of The Day.
The most votes, were Dreamweaver CS3 with 304 votes. Some said, they have never saw this on GOTD. It's disappointing becuase, GOTD has every other program, just not Adobes products.

They will REALLY like it, if you put up, CS3, and Dreamweaver 8.

It was voted, and 304 people voted for CS3..
You should be thinking about this. More visitors!
