I didn't really want to give the usual advice, but, seems I'm not the only one who thinks it applies... check your drivers, dxdiag, etc. ...

... know it's not a big help, but I think it has to be somehting in your configuration or setup that causes this. I have it installed on a desktop and a newer laptop. On the laptop playing is really smooth and I played quite a bit, with and without computer players. Never had any freezing up. The desktop however drove me nuts, because reaction time was slower and the mouse (not the greatest mouse to start with) wasn't reacting too great. it wasn't freezing, but just not as enjoyable as on the laptop.
Perhaps someone in their forum or even support can help on this. Even though it's not included with the offering, but perhaps you get lucky.
Love the game, it's definitely a keeper.

Both those problems are odd and I'm not sure what to say, as I've not experienced it myself. I've only tried playing with one and three opponents, however... does changing the amount of players have any effect?

Hi Keilaron What I mean is I take my turn computer takes its turn then my turn but I can't click on any of the chips to play so I save the game then reload the game so I can continue playing which I do for a bit then same problem happens so I save again. Any way around this or I will just have to play the way I have been or wait a bit and see if I can make a move. Thanks everyone for your help.

sometimes my game "freezes" - it hangs on a single screen/move for a variable amount of time. I find that getting up and getting myself a drink is usually enough time for whatever the glitch is to work itself out.

Freezes in what sense? If you can save, it's obvious the game isn't completely frozen... do you mean the computer never makes a move?

My problem is that I have to keep saving the game in order to keep playing it in one sitting. I open game start playing and then it freezes I can't make any more moves so I save game and reload it in order to continue playing then it freezes again and have to do same thing 5 or 6 times in order to finish a full game. Anyway to fix this problem so I can play a full game without having to save and reload all the time.

Thanks

We are Borg, punctuation is futile...

Seriously, though: You're asking how to fix a problem but you haven't stated what the problem IS. WHY do you HAVE to save the game? Are you getting a timer in Ingenious?

Edit: Please don't bump so soon. Someone will help you eventually.

Hi My problem with ingenious is that when I play I have to save the game then reload the game to be able to continue playing even then after awhile I have to do it again then I am able to play again and sometimes must do this 5 or 6 times to be able to finish game. Any way I can fix this problem since there is no tech support.
