The registration is case sensitive, so make sure you type Giveawayoftheday (capital G, no spaces). And I copied and pasted the registration number just to be on the safe side. I've even tried removing and reinstalling and still says the same thing. Any ideas? Right now I seem to be on 30 day trial. Thanks, Patti
