Ew ew ew. This is why I prefer RAR - recovery records :>
Either way, if you get WinRAR (or even WinZip can do it, I think), you can try repairing the archive and see if it was inconsequential damage (not likely, but hey, could save you a second download).

Rather than trusting the download to your web browser, I'd suggest using a download manager such as FlashGet Classic, or Orbit Downloader.

Did you try "open with" Windows XP's native unzip utility? I love WinZip btw and I have been a registered user since v3.

I tried to download Wondershare Photo Story Platinum zip file this morning to no avail. I tried 3 separate times. I even downloaded a WinZip upgrade between attempts. I get the following message when I try to open the zip file: "The WinZip Wizard cannot open this file; it does not appear to be a valid archive. If you downloaded this fle, try downloading it again. If you want to add the file to an archive, first create or open the archive, then drop the file again." I usualy save my downloads in a file before opening, but I even tried just "running" the download direct, but that did not work either. I have downloaded previous Giveaways of the day without any problem. From reading the comments it appears tha others have not had a problem. My OS is WINXP Professional. PLEASE HELP!!! I REALLY want to get in on this download. Many thanks!!!!
