I absolutly love GGOTD! This is one of the few times I have had any trouble installing the programme. The installation/activation for Space interceptor freezes at "starting". Any suggestions? P.S> Maybe I was just too impatient.... I started again and after 10 minutes it has gone to the next step (verifying availability).

I've been having the same problem when I tried to download WWII Tank Commander and
eXtinction using a free download manager called "Fresh" download. I've tried downloading both files twice using "Fresh" download and both times I get the same file size that is posted on the GGOTD web page but when I try to unzip them using various softwares I get an error. Been using the same download manager for other GOTD software with no problems at all. I'll give Orbit Downloader a try. Does it work with Firefox?

When downloading - I downloaded from the main - and added the mirror as a mirror - so the download used whatever bandwidth I could get from either server/site at the same time.

Try downloading from the mirror if you can. The download location itself (or the mirror) sometimes has a corrupted file.

i keep getting file corrupt message this happens frequently with the games
