Ah ha! Solution. Didn`t notice, in my haste, that the small registration dialogue box had to be scrolled down, as there is more to the registration code! When I re-installed again,I found I had only entered the first line when I copied and pasted! Doh!

Have installed and registered the current give-away(Etima SWF converter)and it`s putting a diagonal "unregistered" watermark on the converted file.
