You mean the windows firewall.

Start<Control Panel<Windows Firewall<Exceptions

Add activate.exe

Then check the box at the bottom of the dialog that says:

"Display a notification if windows blocks a program"

Then click okay.

Everytime I try to activate I get a norton window telling me that the activation program is trying to connect to giveaway.com and if it is ok for it to do so. I tell norton to go ahead and things progresse as normal. What firewall are you using?

Since I activate very early in the morning, I never see this. But during the busy day, my guess is that the servers are busy at the moment. Trying later might be helpful.

I can't open any of the files that I download into computer. When I click on the setup and activation folder, it gives me the following error message: "Activation module failed to connect to game.giveawayoftheday.com. Software activation is not available at the moment. Please try again later or check your firewall settings." I've already checked my firewall settings, so can anyone help with this problem please?
