			<description><p>I have installed and uninstalled three times. Each time the program shows it couldn't find a hard drive. There is no way to try to locate the hard drive within the program and the help section (both within the program and online) had no mention of what to do in this situation. Useless.

			<description><p>no, for me, the prog doesn't display anything when i launch it until i plugged out my card reader. y?  from the task manager, i can see tt it is running, but it doesn't display until i removed my card reader.

			<description><p>It installed correctly and ran straight after installation. When it ran it claimed<br />
to be unable to deal with my hard disk model. At that point I pretty much gave up<br />
(first impressions 'n' all).<br />
While preparing to post to the forum about what a load of ?*&#38;% it was, I ran it again.<br />
This time it did recognise my drive (ST9120821A, 120GB 2.5") and reported correctly.<br />
I wonder how many other people will have it fail at startup and therefore never run<br />
it again - even if it would eventually work?</p>
<p>Looks like it needs a little work to have it start correctly after an install.
