			<description>&#60;p&#62;I have been using &#34;WhereIsIt&#34; for over 7 years. I find it very stable, fast and free of bloat. It has a decent support for plugins for extended features - and downloadable language support for... well &#34;lots&#34;. (not Freeware, but worth absolutely every cent).&#60;/p&#62;

			<description>&#60;p&#62;here's an example of what I think might go over well: InsideCat , the best disc catalog I've found- the free version is limited to 100 discs, but for somebody with 700+ CD-R's and 370 DVD-R's the pro version has proven itself to retain high speed and small catalog sizes even with waaaay too much data on board, and still have more info than just file names as well- and search *real* fast.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;version 4.0 just showed up with added features, too.&#60;/p&#62;
