Hello angela. I'd use an uninstaller that removes all files associated with the program.

BTW GOTD doesn't allow email addy's in a post so if you see this please edit it.

About 2 weeks ago I installed a program from Giveaway...I believe it was Wirechanger program. I noticed that when ever I booted up the computer a file in txt would pop up (desktop.ini) I also noticed my keyboard volume controls and other controls not working. Can someone please help. It is irritating to have that txt file pop up twice in a row. Thank you. I appeciate all efforts to help...Thanks again...Angela [email removed]
