The installation and activation instructions were given incorrectly and subsequently I cannot use the software (Backup4all Lite) as there is a message telling me that the software has expired. Are there second chances given? or does this mean I am out of luck? I am so very disappointed by the prospect that I have missed out through no fault of my own.
