I downloaded Kriver Image from Giveawayoftheday a couple of weeks ago. Upon installation, it just configured the IBM RecordNow! that was already installed on my IMB Thinkpad R52 laptop computer and disappeared. I thought that was it and I could not proceed. Now a few days ago I tried to backup using the IMB RecordNow! and noticed that over the period the program has completely been lost on the computer; it seems it has been deleted. I am sure the problem started when I tried to install Keriver Image. How can I restore the IMB RecordNow! whereever it is hiding on the computer?

The sonic dvd file is probably the "iso" file that had the setup file inside it.

Read the above links for an explanation of iso files.

I downloaded the file today and all it did was come out with an error. It kept coming up with a sonic dvd file. Is there a problem? I appreciate anyone's help here. TQ

You can burn the ISO image to a blank CD or extract the setup file from the ISO image using software like ISOBuster http://www.isobuster.com

Two pages you might want to read which go some of the way towards explaining ISO files.

I downloaded today's giveaway which happens to be Keriver Image. The zip file has the text file like normal and the activation file. It also had an .iso file. There was not a setup file however. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?
