Upon installation, it just configured the IBM RecordNow! that was already installed on my IMB Thinkpad R52 laptop computer and disappeared. I thought that was it and I could not proceed. Now a few days ago I tried to backup using the IMB RecordNow! and noticed that over the period the program has completely been lost on the computer; it seems it has been deleted. I am sure the problem started when I tried to install Keriver Image. The zip file has the text file like normal and the activation file. It also had an .iso file. There was not a setup file however. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions? </p>
