The software had to be registered on the East-Tec website.

If you did this and still never received the email - contact East-Tec via
http://www.east-tec.com/support/index.htm and explain your situation.

If you submitted your details & email address they should have a record of it and may choose to send your code out again.

If you didn't register the software at their website before the giveaway was over - there is nothing that can be done.

GOTD can not give out serial numbers once a giveaway offer has expired.

I need help getting serial# for East-TecEraser 2007, May 25, 2007. I downloaded and did what it said, used it and now it says I don't have the serial number. Help, this is a good program.
