I appreciate the attempt to help, however getting an answer at 11pm isn't enough time to retry a buggy installation.

Thanks for the hint. I re-downloaded the zip. The files in it have been changed yesterday afternoon. No more problems now with installation and activation ... less than one hour before the deadline!

Try to re-download and activate again - I've just noticed the setup program has changed (different size). I know for a fact that fixes the "Giveaway is over" error - because I got that error myself.

I downloaded and ran Setup. I did not start the program, but I tried (as always) to activate it first. I got an error message: 'Giveaway period for this software is over ...' There must be something wrong with the activation routine: normally there are still 10 hours to go!

Downloaded, ran Activate, setup. When I ran the program I received this error: The application failed to initialize properly (0xc01500020). Click on OK to terminate the application.
