However I tried different DVDs (Zone 2 as I'm in Europe; I have a handful of Zone 1 disks somewhere; haven't tried with those) and they all result in the "invalid IFO files" and "Failed to create decoder..." error messages. Anyway, I've tried changing the date to 2099 running the DatePatch, then putting the date back to today and launching the program and it still asks for registration. I just set the clock forward a week and ran the program - which updated the registry with the date and time.
