<description>&#60;p&#62;leah, as we worked out offline - your card doesn't have OpenGL support. It is falling back to DirectX mode - but with only 16MB of available memory - it probably doesn't have enough to load all of the textures (graphics/pictures) - so it just displays black areas instead.

I think i just pass this game, beside, i had the same problem the other have...ie cant see my character and am shooting in shadows. (i think is to do with my video card (if theres any in my laptop)) hehehe&#60;br /&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;I think I might be having the same problem. I have a brand new pc with Vista Home Premium, 2GB's RAM, a brand new 256MB GEForce 8600 GTS overclocked vid card.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Game installed fine I think.(no errors)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;But I can't launch the game. Immediately crashes back to desktop, telling me it has to close. Doesn't give any explanation as to why. I have my vid card set to allow application to use preferred settings. Not sure what's up. Any suggestions?
