<description>&#60;p&#62;I have seen this happen on Windows XP machines. I think somehow Windows looses some of the registry entries which are never saved. Thus it could be a Windows XP bug. A few things you can do to protect yourself.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;1) Use System Restore (before and after activation)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;2) Or use ERUNT (freeware)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;3) I believe rebooting, forces a registry save (unless your computer hangs before shutdown).

<description>&#60;p&#62;yesterday I installed and activated the Give-Away-of-the-Day Concept Draw VI Standard.&#60;br /&#62;
I recieved a new window in the browser that said it had activated and I used it once with no problem. However, today, a day later when I tried to use the program it started out with the window for name and serial code. Please Help!!!&#60;/p&#62;
