When you come to the website you are given a "remaining time" in Hours and Seconds.

That seems to be the least confusing (What is MST? We have AEDT - does that make it any clearer?) - when a giveaway states there is "3 hours 15 minutes remaining" everyone, no matter their geographic location knows exactly how much time is remaining. No conversions, lookups, or maths calculations are necessary.

The Evernote giveaway expired over 20 hours ago.
