Two U.K. men have been charged with illegally downloading the singer's entire 50,000-track back catalog, including unreleased songs.

Hackers have reportedly broken into the music label's servers and downloaded Michael Jackson's entire 50,000-track catalog, including many songs that have never been released, according to a report in Britain's Sunday Times (behind paywall). Sony purchased the catalog in 2010 from Jackson's estate for $250 million--billed as the biggest recording deal in history.

I try to stay away from the comments on the front page. Actually they are there to actually comment on the software NOT gripe about what was given away. But sometimes I can't resist to read anyway. LOL

In addition the comments on the front page are moderated. Some people feel that anything that they type must appear.

If you were having problems (for example) running the software on Vista - you are instructed to post problems or ask for help in the forums. Perhaps the moderator felt your comment belonged in the forums.

When you write a letter to the editor of a newspaper - some letters are never published, and others are edited before publishing. Just because you are commenting on a website, doesn't mean your comment will actually appear. There is no guarantee your comments will be published - only an assumption on your behalf.

If it was posted on front page then I can't moderate it.

If it was posted in this forum, as you may have noticed there was a forum crash and a lot of yesterday's comments got deleted.

Was trying to use Total Network Inventory [ June 13, 2007 giveaway ] and found that it won't run on Vista, though it claims to be. I posted that in the comment! ALAS! My comment never appeared! Even now it is not there!

Why ask for comments when you can delete them!
