Sen. Patrick Leahy previously said his bill boosts Americans' e-mail privacy protections by "requiring that the government obtain a search warrant." That's no longer the case.

just like Australia and China next you get a firewall ?

Aust govt body seeks power to read emails

The Australian Securities and Investment Commission has called for sweeping powers so it can access phone call and internet data for its war on white-collar crime.

Not only does the authority want the powers to intercept the times, dates and details of telecommunications information; it also wants to access the contents of emails, social media chats and text messages.

This is more power than the Australian Federal Police and the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation have sought to assist the crime agencies in investigating terrorism and murder suspects.

A parliamentary inquiry has been set up to examine controversial proposals to force telecommunication companies to store details about every Australian's phone and internet use for up to two years.

With access to the website URL a person had visited, she said, it was possible to in some cases access their login details and passwords, and information about where people had been on the web, for how long, and the contents of the web page visited.

Thanks for the game. I used to have this one on a floppy, but got rid of all my DOS based games several years ago. Dumped the whole lot including 100's of cassete games from the Commadore and some from the Atari. Now you can buy external cassette players etc to take all those old games. Still, who needs them now as most are available for free. Yeeeaahhh! :)

I'm posting the game for today, so I chose a DOS game--Micro Machines.
Micro Machines is a classic racing game of the nineties. Simple, fast-paced and lots of fun. You are given the control of miniature cars and you'll have to race AI opponents or your friends on various locations such as kitchen desks, pool tables, workshops, school desks, gardens, bathtubs etc.

The choice of cars is as diverse as the locations are: there are choppers, speedboats, racecars, tanks, jeeps, formulas and many more vehicles to choose. You'll spend hours just trying out the stages and vehicles. If you thought it ends here you were wrong!

There are also around 20 different drivers and opponents to pick. Its such an amazing game! :) My adrenaline level jumped just because I'm thinking about the game at the moment – just imagine what it feels like playing it then! :)

The controls are simple – you just need to accelerate, turn and slow down. There are a few modes of playing. You can compete against computer opponents in single races or tournaments, or you can race your friends in head to head mode.

The graphics are just sweet and sounds are satisfactory. In conclusion, this is an all around great game that should clearly be given a mark of 5 . Strongly recommended!
