I'd agree with you, except it works just fine with firefox for me.

I'd revise your statement to "wikifortio is not compatible, as of now, with your install of mozilla firefox. Most other users should have no problems at all".

Your logic is flawed assuming "if it doesn't work on your computer, it won't work for anybody else".

wikifortio is not compatible, i think as of now, with mozilla firefox. (no harm meant; my own opinion only)

with IE7, it works fine for me even with DAP. i download from wikifortio using DAP and IE7 with no hassle.

remember guys, this is my own opinion based on my own studies.
i think there's nothing to lose trying it.

wseay - both links work fine for me.

Both the main download and mirror come back unable to connect. Test with both IE and FireFox. Also several different computers.

I use the most recent version of internet explorer and no DAP, can't get either site to download. The page comes up unavailable. My internet connection is fine. I couldn't download the dinosaur game or for numericon either.

**bubbly, i disabled it and tried the old-fashioned download procedure, nothing happens as well.

if the GAOTD does not lead to wikifortio, i do not encounter such problems.

now i missed the GGAOTD "bubbles"

I'd suggest disabling DAP and just try to download the "old fashioned way" - with your browser. (Always eliminate the extras, so you can determine where the problem is).

What browser are you using emptykiss?

Well it's obviously Opera thats the fault.

Not sure which versionof Opera you are using, however the latest version is Opera v9.22.8800, maybe that will work correctly.

neither of these links worked in Opera, which is the normal browser that I use but they seem to work in Internet Explorer

I tied downloading today both the give-away-of-the-day and the game-give-away-of-the-day. I tried first downloading them from the normal dowwnload links which lead me to a blank wikifortio page. the other link leads me to a long url which leads to nowhere. All help would be appreciated.
