I downloaded the netapi32.dll, thinking mine was corrupt or missing, however I have one installed and is the same version as the one I downloaded. Then I looked up NETAPI32.DLL:NetWkstaGetInfo on Google, and apparently you can get this on a Java update to version 6, however, this update is for XP, and not available to Win ME users. Also Sun Java is not supporting Win ME and under anymore.
