Frog and welcome to the forums! Yes, it is true that Mac software is rarely given away. Like you said there are more Windows users than Mac users. This means there is overall a much wider selection of software out there for Windows machines as opposed to Macs. The key to the GOTD program is they work together with companies in order to give away free software and also advertise that software in the process. Since there are less software out there for Macs it is really hard to find a company willing to give away their software for free. You may have noticed that sometimes there are weekends with no game giveaway. This is because that is another market which is hard to find companies willing to give away their games for free. So this is my reasoning on why Mac software is rarely given away here...it&#39;s just hard to find.
