Reinstalling the OS and drivers and such requires an intermediate level of computer knowledge.</p> <p>While manufacturers have simplified the process somewhat, not every manufacturer has made the process simple enough for the average user.</p> <p>We can help you complete the driver installation, but from now on, you will have to ask specific questions, so that we can be entirely sure what your next step is.</p> <p>I have been doing this for almost 10 years now. From experience, I can tell you that the very first thing you should do is install directx, and then the chipset driver.</p> <p>The graphics driver usually comes next, followed by the soundcard driver. After this, the computer will usually become usable, unless you need to install a network adapter driver.</p> <p>By the way, in the future, do not always rely on Belarc to tell you what model number you have.
