			<description><p>The way I check apps (being as I use only 1% of what I download) is, to install application, (as you have Vista you have to run it as administrator (install)) and open the application after install.</p>
<p>I then close it and run activate file, when it's told me it's activated I then close that, close the browser it opens then run the app to make sure it's working.</p>
<p>Check your registry and navigate to this [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ElasticLogic] and make sure it's got subkeys with 'username' &#38; 'serial'.</p>
<p>Don't know what else I can say. if it's not connecting to the server to activate when you you run activation, it's either a firewall problem/ server problem or in your list of allowed outward and inward packets it's blocked.

I never had trouble before? So what did I do wrong?
