Cheatbook Program is freeware. Don't know what you mean. Is it software. It should have installed right on to your pc.

I finally found it on a German server so don't freak if you can't read German. Click the ZUM Download button and if you use a downloader thats no problem because I just downloaded it with mine.

All I did after the download was use winrar and extracted here (to the file I saved the download) and there was a setup.exe in there along with a document. It is 25 megs.
