Normally Premium booster asked you to delete any backups older than "8 backups old".

Generally when it comes to the registry - just restoring a copy of the registry older than a few days (on a typical system) is probably going to cause more problems than it could possibly help.

On my system, for example - I would never consider doing a "registry restore" after 24 hours - because so much other stuff will have changed.

If you are happy that windows and your applications are working correctly - there is probably no benefit in keeping backups beyond maybe a week or two (at the most).

Premium Booster seems to be building up backup files. Would it cause any problems if I delete those that are several months old?

With all the great programs GAOTD offers, I am getting way too many programs on my computer. I'm trying to sort out and remove mulitples. Do these 2 programs do pretty much the same thing and if so, is one better than the other?

Thanks for any info.
