Ok well, I gave it one more shot using IE instead of MSN and AOL and it worked. No idea what the prob was, but it's fixed now.

Ugh, problems opening the zip. Downloaded 3 times and same error message. I dunno what to do? Nobody else seems to be having an issue.

Here is the error:

yes it IS there.....Good grief. I searched all over and never even thought to look there. Thanks soo much. Now I've missed out on some of the other games, but I know where to look now. Thanks a ton!

The activation file is in the ZIP archive, NOT to where they installed the game or the desktop.

I have installed. There is no Active.exe for it. No Activation anything.

Ok Bill, thanks. But I have no Activation file in the Tank-o-Box folder. I have: Alawar games icon, Readme icon, Uninstall icon, Tank-o-box icon (which I click and it launches the game with a timer on it) and Buy Now icon. What to do......what to do! This has happened on several games, including Pacmania 3.

From the Readme.txt file:

Installation

Unzip the package you`ve downloaded and run the activation program
Activate.exe which is included in the package, then run Setup.exe to
install the software.

You have to install it before the Giveaway offer for the software is over.

Install. Then press the "x" for the shortcut box thing or minimize. Go back and press "Active.exe"
It should work.

The game today, Tank-o-box, instructs me to download, unzip, install and click the tank-o-box.exe to complete. I've looked, looked, looked and used Search for this file name and it's not on my computer. I have a free trial and that's it. Anything else is a 'shortcut' icon. What to do?
