I often get asked by friends "How do I..." do this or that on the computer. I used to have to type directions, step by step, click by click, describing each page as it appears. It took quite a while to formulate a helpful reply. Then I downloaded DemoCreator. Now, to answer a question, I start that programme then just do everything that I would otherwise have told the requester by email. I end up emailing the product, which is basically a video (.swf file) of what I did with my voice giving directions in the background. It wows my friends, is very helpful to them, and makes me look like a wizard. It's a fabulous programme. By the way, I did correspond with the makers of the programme and they were really great people to deal with.
