It's 07:34 GMT +1 hour have 24 minutes to go and on install it says “Giveaway period for this software is over, please check our website for a new giveaway.” Looked a realy usefull program aswell.
Maybe it will come round again sometime.

I had the same problem, but I finally decided to take the suggestion and just download the setup from the author's website. It installed fine (Vista Home Premium 32-bit) and I was able to take the registration key from the GOTD's zipped file and successfully register the program.

Check out the GOTD download page for this program and you will read the registration suggestions......you have to let the program start a recovery process (click one of the buttons after the program launches) and then click the yellow register button to enter the code found in the text file.

It's 9:48 pm US Eastern time and I've been trying for about an hour to start the installation process, but it says the offer is expired.

Glad to have some company with my problem......maybe they'll let us install and activate this software tomorrow.

It's a shame.....this is the first offer that I've even wanted to try in over a week.

It is 9:30pm US Eastern Daylight time, and when I open Setup, it tells me this give-away is over and to download the current software. This has never happened to me before! The site says I have 5 hours 48 minutes left to download and install. Will I get a chance to get this program? I surely hope so!!

After 5 times retrying to install this, I get the error message, “Giveaway period for this software is over, please check our website for a new giveaway.” The trouble is, there are supposed to be 5+ hours left to download and install this program and there is no new program to download..

Well, it's still August 3rd where I am also. I copied my 2 entries on the download page and decided to see if anyone else was experiencing this. And I, also, very much want this program!!! Thank you for your help for us!

It is now 8:11 pm Central Daylight Saving Time, and the Giveaway won't activate because it says it's over. On the website, it says August 3, and the Giveaway shown is the one "advertised" in the e-mail. However, when I joined the Forums to post this note, I noticed it put my joining date as August 4. Someone's clock is off, and I really wanted to try this recovery software!
