I've searched for awhile now rabbit and I've not found anyone who actually knows how to make the game full screen. I think it was meant to be played in windowed mode. The about file in the game mentions it was optimized for it so perhaps the developer left that option out completely.

I'm glad everyone likes this game, it really is an excellent game.

Nice one wizzard.

Downloading now.:)

regards

WR

Edit,

This is one of the most gorgeously illustrated point and click adventures I've seen (for free). It reminds me a lot of one of the two part series of point and click adventures called On a Rain Slick Precipice. Nice find Wzz. :)

Is there anyway of configuring the game to play full screen? I can't see for looking; thanks in advance.

Wow another wonderful looking point and click game, thanks wizzard!
Terri, point and click games are really, really, fun...
You just need to look around(MUCH like hidden object games) and try to think like a detective...
I bet there are more help forums available(Just haven't looked yet)

I have this game and the uncertainty machine game bookmarked..
(It's a long weekend coming up here in Canada)

No it's not the same at all. Point and click adventure games take you (usually) on a mystery and lets you navigate the whole world by clicking in the screen. Any movements/interactions are done solely through clicking. This game is and always will be free for anyone at anytime. =)

Today I have a stellar point and click adventure game titled What Makes You Tick? What Makes You Tick? has won numerous prizes in the indie games world. The following is a short review from http://www.indiegames.com :

What Makes You Tick is a freeware adventure game by Matt Kempke, created using the LASSIE engine. The story tells of a young man named Nathan, sent by his University to find the mysterious Dr. Coppelius who disappeared about one year earlier.

There are only about ten rooms to explore but quite a bit of adventure to be had. The interface for object interaction resembles one used by later LucasArts releases, in which the player has to hold the left mouse button to bring up a menu. Release the left mouse button while hovering over an action to execute it. Press the F1 function key to access the save and load feature. View your inventory by moving the cursor toward the brown bar at the bottom of the screen.

And here's an even shorter one from the developer:

What Makes You Tick? tells the story of a young man named Nathan who has been sent by his university to deliver an important message to a retired professor... but while searching around the professor's last known residence, Nathan discovers that he's not the only person seeking the old man and his brilliance.

Three ways you can be registered.

1)application is already full and registered, so no need for activation module.
The wrapper just contains the file and information need to make sure it's within
the 24 hour GAOTD period.

2)serial/username or both in .txt document. Application is in wrapper to check it's
kosher. You enter details serial/username or both when prompted.

3)or automatic activation, to which the files in the wrapper right directly to a place
in the registry to make it fully working and registered.

If you have item 3, then run installer, then activate if not working run activation again.

Usually the application will have an about in it's tool bar, so you can click about
and it will say something like registered to GIVEAWAYOFTHEDAY.
Some just say Registered.

For several weeks now (I love GAOTD) I have had problems with the activation i.e. registration or licensing keys, they do not appear on the GAOTD activation window or in the "readme txt", although the window does display "Activation Successful". This does not happen every day on every software program offered, seem to be some have the codes then others, (no matter which order or method of downloading I use), have no registration or licensing key visible at all. I have emailed about this problem before and did not get a response, and I cannot find a similar problem in the forums. I am missing out on some great programs!! Can someone tell me how to activate any or all programs without some having keys and some seeming to have nothing at all, but "Successful Activation?" Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you GAOTD.
