Good concept but not worth the price tag. Downloaded from here and installed . VERY limited on folder icons and basically all it gives you are colored folders , for the rest of the goodies it nags you to buy their paid version . Uninstalled pretty much within 5 minutes of installing .

Hi there, I am not sure why but I have not been getting your giveawayoftheday e-mails. So I missed out on the folder marker giveaway. A friend sent me an e-mail but by the time I recieved the e-mail it was too late. Please can you make it available again???
Please also check why I am not recieving your daily e-mails, I would be interested to know why I am not recieving them

Tried it and voted Thumbs Up.

Works good and does what is supposed to do. You can add your own icons, I am not sure it if takes PNG though, I think I only saw .ico as the option, but I didn’t try adding any PNG. It’s simple and and the cascaded context menu for each folder is a nice quick-operation touch to guarantee you can use it when you want to.

I feel cheated, prior versions were pro. I have always liked this program but wish this update had been pro too like those before it.

Nice! Installed perfectly on Vista Home Premium. This is going to be a very useful program – I had never thought of color-coding folders before for ease of identification. I often work on projects with many folders and sub-folders, so being able to tell at a glance what belongs to what is really handy.

My advice: If you’ve never used one of these before, disregard the criticisms of this version and give it a try. I think you’ll be pleased – even if it is just for the concept of how it works.

Great program. Works fine on Vista Home Premium 64-bit. Yes, it’s true you can change folder icons by going to the Properties dialog – but it is so nice to have the context menu provided by Folder Marker and to have all those icons grouped together in tabs. Thumbs way up for this program! Thanks GAOTD & ArcticLine.

Good, though not perfect. You can’t see the files inside the folders in windows vista, it looks like the folder is empty until you open it.

Windows 2000pro
Installs and does what it should.
I use application specific icons built into application files.
The program keeps track of those, making for quick application specific folder tagging.
