I just happened to be working on a PowerPoint project that I wanted to publish on my website when this GOTD came along. Download, activation etc was a piece of cake. The software compressed my PPT file from 16+K down to 1.4K in under a minute. I published it to my web site and it works just fine. Thanks GOTD! I definitely can use this.

I am SOOOO glad I remembered to check in and download this software. It is GREAT. I was researching some of these programs and didn't have the $$$ to buy one. As a grad student (teacher & graphics designer) this helped solve a problem with embedding sound in powerpoint files for distribution. It also solves the problem that some people have with protecting their files. I didn't get to it until 2 AM, though, so I didn't get the chance to blast it to more folks. I've converted 2 files this morning, and I am so pleased. It also does a better job of this than other more expensive software I've tried.

For me, this is such a blessing. Thank you GOTD!!

There is absolutely no problem installing and activating this on XP and on Vista with Office 2007. I used it on both OSes with NO PROBLEMS. The configuration options are also VERY powerful.

Some of you people amaze me at how you find problems with the simplest things. As far as the activation - yeah you really kind of have to READ THE FREAKING readme file to understand the process.

Jeez, do your parents still have to wipe your a$$ for you?

Thought I'd give this a try to convert technical presentations given to management. The slides contained lots of charts and tables which the Flashspring converter mutilated! The table text in the Flash output was unreadable and the color bars in the charts looked like they were made by a child who hasn't mastered the art of coloring inside the lines. Am about to delete this junk.

#71 - Why upgrade to 2.0 if we already have the 2.0.1?

I downloaded 1.5 earlier it worked well, but I wasn't impressed with the file sizes it produced. Hopefully, this will make smaller files. But...now I have two Flashspring toolbars on Powerpoint; the installer wasn't smart enough to delete the old 1.5 toolbar and do a true upgrade. I'll uninstall and reinstall and see if I can get rid of it that way...*sigh.*
