Especially comment 8. I bet he has a GeForce FX (5) card. Your specs are good enough even if the Pentium 4 is already old. But having a DX8 card with DirectX 9 installed is not good enough. IT NEEDS HARDWARE PERFORMANCE/CAPABILITY not just having DX9 installed. Played the game at 1280x1024 with Anti-Alias 2x. Game was smooth and enjoying.
