If I were a developer, I'd want to know that 97% (or whatever the case may be) of users think the software's buggy/redundant/generally poor; particularly before I sink any additional money into marketing it. I had the same registration problem, It would crash upon startup when asking me to register and then if I allowed it to send the crash report, it would proceed to lock up the system. Finally after some registry hacking (It expected an A@A.COM email and it was given "@GIVEAW..."), I removed the @ and I managed to get it to load. OK but nothing a good media player could not do, it's got a bad interface which is a mixture of Windows95 resorces an styling and a stab at Vista's visial styles which is a bit cheesy..
