I strongly recommend doing those types of installations from an administrator account. To those who said Paint.NET messed up their systems, there are a number of issues. Your .NET installation could be damaged. The Paint.NET version which you tried previously could have been old. I recommend reading the Paint.NET forum installation and FAQ stickies, they mention other Vista settings which may be incorrect. #59, Ariana, yes, it does the 3D perspective and lighting. You can use mouse dragging to tilt and rotate the image in realtime, and there are controls for reflection (spelled incorrectly) and lighting, etc. It's not really appropriate for creating your CD/DVD labels.
