Thank you for giving people the option of free things to try. We can try them or not, no one forces you to use these programs. So for all you ungrateful people, why not just stay off this site, then you will not have anything to complain about!!! Better yet, why not see if you can offer your , well I guess you would think, your know all opinion. Then maybe they would not have to work so hard to help all and not even be appreciated!!!

The software does not work. It downloads and indicates it sent the pictures but when I check my email they're not there. I went on the manufactures website and they said the "trial" version has a watermark. Does this version have a watermark as well? Is anyone else experiencing this as well? email me will you?

Why not just use Picasa? It's free and the tried and true method. You can very easily attach photos and automatically resize as needed.

This is a great prog for quick and easy manipulation of image files. I have far more sophisticated image software that I already use, but sometimes all you want is a basic resize and this application is way quicker to use - faster to open and it doesn't eat up your computer resources.

I have also installed it for my Mum who's delighted - she likes to send family pictures with her emails but does not have huge computer skills so this is an ideal app. Thanks to the GOTD team from us both!

As for the usual crowd of winging wankers, it really is sad to see how the human race is becoming more and more infested by self centered, rude, ungrateful cynical people. It's as if they think they have a god given right to be handed their entire life for free. This site - like life - is a privilage and a lot of hard work goes into it I'm sure, for which we all pay precisely nothing. I wish more people could at least find it within their hearts to provide a positive comment or word of support, even if they don't wish to use that day's free software.

Thanks again GOTD - I salute you.

Thanks Bladed Thoth for taking the time to review this package.
I'm quite happy with it as it really does have a simple interface. I was using Photoshops to do most of my resizing, just because I have the program, but because i've forgotten more than i know about PS's this little app will save me lots of time sending images to my family and friends.

I've kept about 2 GOTD's in the last 3 months, and rarely use either of them, just around for emergencies, mostly. A lot of them are, as another poster aptly put it, snake-oil-ware.

I completely agree with #47, just because it's free doesn't mean it's rooted in altruism. Maybe GOTD can inform us, is this a not-for-profit site? They have capital at stake here, no need to kiss anybody's feet. And as a for-profit site, they should welcome all feedback; it's essentially free market research.

That said Game GOTD is much more interesting and useful.

Oh, and I almost forgot: woohoo!!!! number 48!!! Eat it, #49. What do I get?

This program just goes to show that you can't please all of the people all of the time, doesn't it?! Must admit today's offering isn't for me either - I get on just fine pre-tweaking my stuff myself. Thanks to GOTD anyway for trying.

However, as some have already suggested, for those folk who are less PC savvy, and/or those who don't want to spend/waste their time fiddling with their photos themselves, this might be just the thing.
