very simple to use and overall it is the best recovery tool that I ever used. Just recover 738mb from a 250mb zip disk, didn’t know you could that!!!

When I first downloaded and tested this program, it did not successfully recover any files I tried. They were all corrupt (even recently deleted files). I kept the program nonetheless, and now, over a month later, my USB stick breaks down. My last hope was this up to now useless program. And it recovers 4000+ files, none (of the tested) corrupt, all working perfectly, even programs!! Thanks GAOTD, you made my day.

Great Software and it works really well. i was able to successfully recover all my files from my HDD that had crashed. i give it 10/10.

Tried it on my flash drive no probs at all
Thanks GOAD Love this site I always find something that is useful
Even if its not a full version at least it gives you an insight of a product to maybe buy a full versions in future

@94–thanks, appreciate it; but something’s fishy, becuase I never had another version installed on my computer. I downloaded and installed what was offered yesterday…and got the regular version. Oh well, life isn’t perfect, who am I to complain to?. My 24hrs are up. Maybe sometime they’ll offer it again. Or maybe someone will email me the download? :-( :-)

Wow! 40% didn’t like it? Three years ago my external hard drive froze up on me. I tried 4 or 5 programs to try to recover the important files (like an idiot, over 3,000 pics not backed up anywhere else). I gave up and contemplated either pitching or reformatting the hard drive. I decided instead to throw it in a box and see if someone someday makes something that works.
Yesterday, someone did! I downloaded this software about 8pm. Before I went to bed at midnight, I had recovered all 3,000+ photos. I’m ecstatic about this! THANK YOU!!

When you open (run) the program, the opening screen says “Professional” (near the top of the screen).

#91-92, rstock2, if the title bar, the topmost text on the main screen, and Help, About, don’t say Professional on your system, then you must not have uninstalled the standard version which was given away earlier (i.e., if you have the Professional version, you can’t miss it). As for registration, if it’s installed, it’s registered.

re 84 & 91: If ANYONE finds out that this is NOT the pro version as advertised, please advise us all since it’s PRO is not mentioned on the “front” of the program, nor in ABOUT. #84 has a good point, and now I’m curious, too.
Might anyone be able to clarify this?
